I placed an order on 17 December for an android box that was listed ad in stock and I also paid extra for next day delivery. After I paid it came up on my receipt that it was out of stock and on back order. I've only just received the box today. They have kept me up to date with the order but only after I emailed them first. I'm very happy with the product but not customer service and won't be placing any more orders with droix.

Received goods mini pc, was also supposed to receive carrier bag. This wasn't sent instead they sent me an old pair of headphones as a replacement. After a discussion with help line all resolved and more. Good quality computer and would use again.

I purchased a RG350M and have not been disappointed.
I havce also purchased a refurbished game controller which is perfect.
They dont have a massive range but what they do have is enough for me.

Responded to my support request within ONE day, and i'm way on the other side of the Atlantic (all the way to the west coast) from them! Would buy from these folks again even if the price of what i'm looking for is a bit lower elsewhere.
